Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Whether you're in Europe, the US, or chilling on a tropical beach, we’ve got you covered.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Free shipping on orders over €29. Otherwise, shipping is €5.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–5 business days.
Delivery times:

• USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
  

• UK & Europe: 7–10 business days
  

• Australia & International: 10–15 business days
  
  

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. (During holidays, delivery might take a bit longer.)

 

Can I return a product?

Changed your mind? No problem! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry ! Send us a clear photo of the damaged item via our contact form, and we’ll make it right — refund or free replacement.

 

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All our products are 100% cruelty-free, and many are vegan. Check each product page for details.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed fast, so changes are possible only within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us ASAP via our contact form if you need help.
