Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide ! Whether you're in Europe, the US, or chilling on a tropical beach, we’ve got you covered.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do ! Free international shipping for orders over €40. Otherwise, shipping is €5.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

 

Can I return a product?

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, you have 14 days to to contact us. Please reach out via our contact form with your order number and a photo of the item, we’ll guide you through the process with care.

 

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We’re so sorry ! Send us a clear photo of the damaged item via our contact form, and we’ll make it right — refund or free replacement.

 

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Our products are 100% cruelty-free and formulated with love. Some are vegan — check each product page for details.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed fast, so changes are possible only within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us ASAP via our contact form if you need help.
