Because makeup is personal and hygiene matters, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on makeup products.

But don’t worry, if something’s wrong, you’re always taken care of.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send you a free replacement (no extra cost).

 

How it works:

  1. Contact us via Contact Wawa within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Send us clear photos of the issue

  3. Once verified, we’ll take care of the refund/replacement.

 

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, all makeup sales are final

  • Replacements are offered when the issue is on our end

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
