Changed your mind? No problem!

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

How it works:

1. Contact us via Contact Wawa to start your return.

2. Send the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging.

3. Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund.

 

Return Conditions:

• Products should be unused and in their original packaging.

• If your product is damaged, defective, or the issue is on our end, we’ll replace it for free and cover the return shipping.

• For other returns, standard return shipping applies.

• Please include clear photos of any issues.

• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Please note:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
