We want you to love your Wawa X Beauty products. That’s why we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days if your item doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives damaged.

 

FREE 14-DAY RETURNS
• If your product is damaged, defective, or the color isn’t right, we’ll replace it for free. Please include clear photos of the issue
• Return shipping is covered in these cases.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS
• Products should be unused and in their original packaging
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
