Returns & Refunds

At Wawa X Beauty, all sales are final.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If that happens, email us within 14 days of delivery here with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item for free or offer a refund.

• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Limited editions or promotional offers

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

• Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging
• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping is your responsibility unless we provide a label
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
